Biography

Samuel is a clinician and researcher in Professor Dobson’s Biostatistics and health informatics lab with a particular interest in AI agents in healthcare. Samuel trained in Australia at the University of Queensland and has an MPH from UNSW and MSc in health data science from UCL. He has previously done research on graphRAG retrieval in EHRs, global health projects and worked in emergency medicine and public health. He has recently joined the DRIVE program with the aim of leveraging artificial intelligence to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. He hopes to translate AI innovations into clinical practice and enhance care for patients through intelligent automation and decision support systems.
